ITF has developed equipment for production-scale deposition of thin films on substrates such as glass, plastic, fabric, and other materials. These coatings are applied using atmospheric pressure pyrolysis technology. We can design and quote pricing for the construction and installation of these coating systems, and can also integrate related components in the manufacturing process, such as washers, conveyers, handling and inspection systems.

We work with known furnace manufacturers (E.G. Glasstech), to incorporate our coating head design into their roller hearth, making provision for exhaust, temperature control, etc.
